Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Location

We ship worldwide from Penang, Malaysia.

Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via DHL.

░ International 👉 1-7 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, efficiency of shipping carrier, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Self Pickup

Pickup location available at Butterworth area only (Penang, Malaysia). No shipping charges will apply to orders collected via self pickup.

To collect order yourself, simply select Self Pickup as your delivery method during checkout. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup date and time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the order size and your location.

Applicable shipping rates will be displayed at checkout once you have entered your shipping address.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and name of courier company as soon as your order has been shipped.

Lost Packages or Shipping delays

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control—including severe weather, customs clearance delay, transportation disruptions, and carrier delays—may affect the delivery of your order.

While we are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues, our team is happy to assist and support you in resolving any problems whenever possible.

Shipping Damage

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, the shipping and handling process is beyond our control. Although every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or imperfections that occur during transit.

This includes, but is not limited to, dents, box damage, corner wear, creases, scratches, torn packaging, loosened or torn shrink wrap, or other cosmetic imperfections to the product or its packaging caused during shipping.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other applicable fees charged by their country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery, where applicable.
