No Returns
Due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain the integrity and authenticity of our collectibles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Customers are strongly encouraged to review their orders carefully before completing a purchase. If you have any questions regarding a product, please contact us prior to placing your order — our team will be happy to assist you.
Refunds
Once products are sold, they are non-returnable or refundable unless the order is caused by an error on our end:
- wrong item received
If such a situation arises, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to resolve them.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, sealed and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Sealed items that have been opened
- Damaged items
- Customized or altered items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Order Cancellations
We usually begin processing orders on the same day they are accepted. Therefore, we may not be able to cancel your order once the orders have already been processed or shipped.
